Scenario

Patient is a 20-year-old concerned about ankle pain. The patient is otherwise healthy but thinks they may have injured their ankle jogging. The provider should focus their assessment on the ankle injury.

This is the first meeting with the patient. The provider is seeing the patient following an Urgent Care Telehealth visit where physical therapy was recommended.

This is the patient’s first telehealth visit and may need guidance.

Timing: You will have 10-15 minutes for this telehealth visit.

**Directly following the role-play, you will have a 5 minute debriefing session with the standardized patient.
