Scenario

Setting: In-Office Visit

Jaime Davis is a 48yo woman who is returning to clinic for follow-up after a complete physical 6 months ago.

She was diagnosed as pre-diabetic at her last physical exam.

At that time, her BMI measured at 30.

She has been on a weight loss plan since her last appointment and she is here for lab work and follow up.

Timing: You will have 10-15 minutes for this visit.

**Directly following the role-play, you will have a 5 minute debriefing session with the standardized patient.
